Handsome Roofing came and repaired my Grandma's roof during Boise's "snowpocalypse" back in 2017 and they did an excellent job. The flat roof was covered with heavy snow and was leaking into the house. After inviting three roofing companies out to my home for free estimates, Handsome Roofing exceeded my expectations. All three companies were competitively equal in their pricing, but Cody took it one step further with a follow-up call and a professionally drafted quote, along with upgrade and warranty information that he emailed to me. The majority of the job was completed as quoted and scheduled. There was a delay as a result of an unforeseen, unfortunate complication with our ridge vent on our highest peak. Instead of sweeping the ridge issue under the rug, Handsome Roofing embraced it as a learning experience and diligently worked for a solution. The winter of 2017 brought ice dam damage to our unique cricket roof and family room. The weather that year made it difficult to find a reputable roofer who could fit us into their busy schedule. Many did not even reply to my messages. We finally found Cody at Handsome Roofing after a long search.
He was worth the wait! Cody and his team came into our home, fixed the roof and the interior damage. They are respectful, friendly, hard-working, and, with Cody being raised in his dad's roofing business, proved to have expert knowledge in our unique and difficult roof situation.
During this time, I also coordinated other contractors for other jobs around our older home. One thing that stood out to me was that Cody was always quick to respond to my text messages and calls. Most busy contractors don't communicate well. If Cody was delayed, he would let me know and would follow up. His faithful communication relieved a lot of stress for me.
Because of the great service we received, we had Handsome Roofing come back to fix the roof around our fireplace this week. His worker, once again, did a fabulous job with Cody expertly coordinating the job. We are thankful for this great company in the Treasure Valley.

Cody is incredibly conscientious. His crew is competent, efficient, and serious about leaving a clean worksite. Cody did not attempt to upsell me and did not push for unnecessary repairs. In fact, we had originally agreed to some add-ons for the project, but as his crew worked through tear off and installation, Cody determined that we did not need those items, which saved us nearly $1,000. The price was fair and under the quoted estimate. Our roof looks great and we would definitely use Handsome Roofing again.
